Church management software for churches in the Caribbean

• Your own currency

Pick your country when you start, and ROAR Circle uses its currency, time zone and phone format: Guyana dollars, Trinidad and Tobago dollars, Jamaican dollars, Barbados dollars, Eastern Caribbean dollars and the rest.

• The ways your members already give

Bank transfer, cash in the offering, WiPay (Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Jamaica and St. Lucia) and MMG Mobile Money in Guyana. Family overseas can give by PayPal, Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram or Ria. The treasurer records what came in.

• Languages

Member screens in English, and in Spanish and French for Spanish- and French-speaking congregations. Leaders’ screens are mostly in English.

• When the connection drops

Built to stay quick on mobile data. Open Check-in while connected before the service, and it keeps working if the internet goes down, then sends the check-ins when the connection comes back.

• A fair price where you are

Churches in the Caribbean can ask for a 25% regional discount on any paid plan, for as long as they stay: from US$21.75 a month instead of US$29. Seed is free for up to 50 people.

• Small churches and networks

From a house church on the free plan to a network of churches across several islands, with a summary across all of them and each church keeping its own records.

Every gift goes to your church, through its own accounts or in cash; ROAR Circle never holds the money. How giving and payments work.

Built to be trusted

• Your church’s records stay apart

Each church’s records are separated inside the database itself, not only by the app. One church can never see another’s.

• Private by default

People see only what their role allows, and phone numbers and email addresses stay hidden from other members unless your church chooses to show them.

• Two-step sign-in

Required for the owner, administrators and anyone who handles money: a code from a phone app after the password.

• Children kept safe

A parent approves a child’s own sign-in, and a chat that includes children needs two leaders.

• Backed up every night

A full backup every night, with encrypted copies kept in other places.

• Your data is yours

No ads, and your data is never sold. Administrators can download your records as spreadsheets at any time.
