How giving and payments work

ROAR Circle keeps the records of your church’s giving. It never holds or moves the money: gifts go from the giver straight to your church’s own bank, mobile-money or payment account, or into the offering as cash.

Step by step

  1. Your treasurer lists the ways your church receives gifts: bank details, a mobile-money number, a link to your own payment page, or giving in cash at the service. Each way can point to a fund, such as tithes or a building fund.
  2. Members see those ways in the app, with your instructions, and give through your bank, mobile money or payment page, or in cash.
  3. Your treasurer records what came in, against the giver and the fund. Cash is counted and recorded in counting batches.
  4. ROAR Circle prints giving statements for members, and reports for the treasurer and the board.
