Certificates and letters, straight to the phone

In many churches, getting a baptism certificate or a reference letter means calling the office, waiting, and going back to collect it. With ROAR Circle, members ask from their phone, a leader confirms it, and it arrives on their phone, ready to print or save as a PDF.

How it works

  1. A member opens My certificates and letters in the app and asks for their baptism certificate, or a christening certificate for their child, or a reference letter: membership in good standing, a character reference, a transfer letter, or a ministry and service reference.
  2. The right leader is told. For a certificate, they confirm the date from the church register; for a reference letter, the leader writes it in their own words, with the facts ROAR Circle already has filled in. Nobody approves their own.
  3. The member is told it is ready, by app notification or email, and opens it on their phone: Download (PDF), Share or Print.
  4. Leaders can also issue certificates directly: membership, ordination, appointment, course completion, appreciation and marriage blessing. A membership certificate can come by itself when a member signs your Members’ Covenant.

In your church’s name

Certificates and letters come with every plan, including the free Seed plan. Your church is responsible for the facts it certifies; a certificate of ordination or marriage blessing is a church record, not a civil licence.
